Warranty description:
1.Soybean milk machine, juicer, electric pressure cooker, foot spa are normal consumables.
2.Customers should keep the purchase invoice or receipts and the warranty certificates as both of them are maintenance vouchers.
3.The above warranty period applicable to the products which are purchased since September 26th.
Maintenance Services:
Under warranty, if Xinwei maintenance station identify that the reason of the fault is manufacturing or material failure when the product is under normal use, the customer will get free warranty service. But in the warranty period, if the product breakdown because improper use, the customer should pay for the repair charge instead of free warranty service.
